 In keeping with the fine Merriam Tradition of celebrating the beginning of the school year with a community picnic – we’re happy to invite you all to join us on Thursday, September 6th13th from 5:30-7:30 on the back campus of the Parker Damon Building! We’d like to encourage as many Merriam Families as possible to come on out. Bring your picnic foods, chairs, blankets, non-alcoholic beverages, Frisbees – maybe pick up a pizza or subs to enjoy…… it’s an unstructured time where families can hang out, kids can enjoy the playground, and we can help new community members to feel welcome!!!  Friday, September 14th is the Power School Data Deadline! Just a little reminder to visit your PowerSchool Parent Portal as soon as possible (if you haven’t already done so!) It’s essential that you check to be sure that your emergency contact information is up-to-date, that your permissions for medicines, etc. is current, and that your information is entered so as to be included in the School Directory!
