DiscoverSTEM 2019 – Monday, November 4th!

AB PIP STEM Hosts DiscoverSTEM2019DiscoverSTEM is a showcase of interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) activities for students in grades 7 through 12 and adults. During the Open House, engineers, scientists, and techies team up with student mentees to showcase products, services, ideas, and inventions to share their passion for STEM. The biennial event will be held on Monday, November 4 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School and will culminate in a raffle with fantastic prizes. See attached flyer.

  • Our last planning meeting will take place 7-8 pm on Tuesday October 29 at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School Room 115 North.  There is still a lot to do!!
  • Adult and student volunteers (grades 7+) are needed to help out at the event. High school students will be paired with STEM mentors. This is a great opportunity to earn Community Service hours while learning about STEM careers! Hospitality items (crock-pot entrees, snacks, desserts, beverages…) are welcome and much needed! Please sign up here!!
