Picture Retake Day

We hope that you are very happy with your portraits.  If you have any questions about late orders, exchanges, missing orders, additional orders, etc., please contact the Coffee Pond Customer Service department – “Lifeguards” are standing by to take your calls.

If you ordered a digital sharing file (and no prints) the photos will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you provided.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your portrait and would like to try again or if you missed the first photo day, you have the opportunity for a re-take on Merriam School’s Re-take Days on Thursday and Friday, November 19 and 20.

  • Please return the entire, undamaged portrait package to the photographer on Re-take Day. Write any suggestions for the photographer on a piece of paper so it shows through the envelope window.
  • If you are a new student or were absent on Picture Day, please check in with the school office for an order form.
  • Re-take Day is rain or shine. All portraits will be taken indoors against an outdoor backdrop.
  • Re-take Packages will be distributed by the school approximately three to four weeks after Re-take Day.
