The PTO is looking for a parent volunteers for the following positions:
Merriam PTO Chair– The Merriam PTO is looking for a junior co-chair for the 2022-2023 school year. The position is a 2 year commitment and involves coordinating the many PTO events and activities throughout the year.
Cultural Coordinator – The PTO is looking for a Cultural Coordinator to research and organize cultural events for the school for the 2022-2023 school year.
6th Grade Fun Day- The 6th grade teachers are looking for a few 6th grade parents to help coordinate a 6th grade Fun Day on Wednesday June 15 from 10-12:30. Volunteers would work with the teachers to coordinate games and activities for the 6th graders.

6th Grade Graduation Help– The 6th grade Moving Up ceremony coordinators need your help! Volunteers are needed to set up and break down chairs for the 6th grade Moving Up ceremony on June 16th after school (3:30-4:30pm or 6:30-7:00pm). The tradition is that parents of younger grade students help with this task so that 6th grade families can enjoy the day. Please pay it forward for when it’s your year to celebrate your graduate!
