The Acton-Boxborough Regional School District has a mandatory three-year CORI renewal cycle for ALL staff and volunteers. This is the calendar year for CORI renewals in the district therefore all parents/guardians/extended family etc. who plan to volunteer in any way in the school or chaperone field trips and have not submitted a form after January 2024 need to update their CORIs.
To do this, you must come in person to the school office with a valid photo ID (i.e. driver’s license) and fill out the CORI form while we take a copy of your photo ID. Also, for your convenience attached is the CORI form so you can complete/print it before you come to the office with your valid photo ID.
Please do not come between 8:35-9:30am or 3:00-3:45pm as these are very busy times in the office.
