These are the two documents that will be revised to change name from Merriam PTO to Parker Damon PTO:
1. Bylaws (attached)
2. Articles of Organization (attached)
In consultation with AB district legal counsel, it has been determined that Merriam PTO should amend its Articles of Organization to become the Parker Damon Building PTO. This vote requires 2/3 participation of our community in order to successfully file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
Updating and filing these documents is for the purpose of establishing the Parker Damon PTO. The officers listed in the documents are for the purpose of taking care of this administrative business. The Parker Damon PTO officers for 2026-27 will be nominated and elected by the Parker Damon PTO.
